As of the 1st of March we will be dead broke IF we manage to make rent on the studio in 3 days.

After the 1st we will have no safety net at all since the only other option is racking up CC debt. If nothing changes in the month after that we lose the studio. We lose all of the work we have been doing there for the past 6 months. We lose the thing that has been our dream since well before we started this work.

We have been jerked around by banks, fucked over by contractors, and had two people say they were going to sublease the space one of which backed out, the other just ghosted us after repeated assurance that they were still committed. We have been doing exponentially more work than should be done by two people, one of whom is dealing with chronic pain and health issues and we have been bleeding money the entire time. We are run down, burnt out, and we're about to have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Put in the work and it will pay off right?
