A month passed and I didn&
#039;t get premium, thinking I would receive a refund of the $11 I paid, I never received it.
On July 14th (4 days ago), I paid again and it&
#039;s still showing X Basic. Where did the Basic come from and why do you people keep taking my money?
My account is on X Basic but whenever I tap the Basic plan, it shows that I&
#039;m subscribed to X Premium.
So why haven&
#039;t I gotten any premium features? I&
#039;ve paid a total of $22 in total now.
