How has everyone’s Thursday been? Mine has been pretty productive. We bought more gym equipment for our at home gym and I’m learning more and more about form and technique. My favorite exercises currently are RDLs and Bulgarian split squats. I have to adjust my eating as I start to gain more muscle but am sooo happy to be doing this. For the first time in so long, I’m doing what I’ve wanted for yearssssssss. This is truly the happiest I’ve been in some time😃 Ohhhhhhhhh and I’m getting a hint of ab muscles😂
