Go into
#nature for healing.
#exercise for healing. Exercising in nature = as good as we can feel outside of the sexual arena.
Do good things for your body and you will feel better. Stay indoors addicted to screens and obviously your mental health will suffer.
We shouldnβt overcomplicate our problems. We evolved to be outdoor creatures who are moving often. If we are living in a way that is counter to what we were designed to be, feeling anxious/uneasy/restless is only natural.
Get outside this weekend! π
