The heat index is over 100 Fahrenheit where I am. Iβm still going for a hike today.
Even if the heat is too much for some, it breaks in the evening and thatβs the perfect time to get outside and take in the fresh summer air. π»π
A #heatwave does not mean we can only stay inside all day and stare at screens. It just means we may have to adjust our schedules for when we take in #nature π·
